The organizing committee of the 7th Photodynamic Day aims at making this event as eco-friendly as possible. The distribution of single-use goodies and items will be therefore limited during the day, and other good practices are been considered to limit the footprint of the event.

A tree will also be planted on the Kerem Aydınlar Campus at Acıbadem University during the closing ceremony.

The hosting institution, Acibadem University, is the perfect place to organize this event as it is strongly concerned with the global climate change crisis, has a strong sustainability approach and continuously works on improving its sustainability in line with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
